PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is a multinational company leading an agriculture industry (HTI), chip mill projects, and chip mill operations in Kalimantan Timur. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team for the following position:
Water Management Askep (WM-AK)
(Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plan for water / low land management establishment and maintenance within guidelines established by SOP.
- Develop and maintain the prescribed standards for water management such as water canal, dam, jetty, and mini barges operation.
- Control and record statistical information (personnel, cost, equipment availability) as per company policies and procedures to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
- Participate in the preparation of an annual budget for the water management operation by providing forecasts for future expenditures.
- Supervise and discipline all subordinates.
- Ensure the EHS standards and or procedures are well-implemented in the water management-related activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor, preferable in civil engineering or forestry.
- 6-7 years progressive experience in similar (water management) background with 3 years experience in the same (Askep) level.
- Good knowledge of forestry operation and forestry water management.
- Good understanding of budget controlling and costing.
- Thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Energetic.
- High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
- Willing to travel and relocate to remote area in Kalimantan Timur.
