Business/Operational Manager
The main responsibility of a Business/Operational Manager is to run a full operation smoothly as such it brings in a profit. Business/Operational Manager hire and manage employees, engage in marketing efforts to promote business, organize operational schedules, order concession foods, and oversee the budget.
He or she is also responsible for overseeing management and maintenance of the business facilities and its assets. Business/Operational Manager also responsible to maintain healthy work relationship with cast member organization as well as in hiring and supervising all the operation crew. He or she provides leadership in maintaining a productive, cost effective, and safe work environment.

- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight.
- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel management, marketing, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and benefits administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in marketing area.
- College graduate or equivalent experience
- Experience in running non-profits organizations.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Proven skills in business and financial management.
