* Possesses sufficient knowledge in HR area, especially in labor regulation, industrial relation and HR administration.
* Has successful experience in dealing with all level of staffs, including subordinates and senior managers.
* Good in leadership, communication, innovation and team work.
* Willing to be posted in Cibitung area.
Maintenance & Utility Central Packaging Div. Head (Code : MU)
Requirements :
* Max. 45 years old.
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
* Wide knowledge and experience in maintenance and utility field with minimum 2 years in managerial level.
* Fluent in English and computer literate.
* Energetic and proactive, always update with the growth and advancement of technology.
* Willing to travel in jabotabek area.
* Willing to be located in all Dynaplast Plant such as Tangerang or Bekasi area.
