In supporting our Growth Agenda, we search for the following position based in Jakarta
Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing and servicing key accounts and maintaining high level of sales achievement in targeted market segments
· Strategic development of business annual plans
· Management of trade fund to focus on key business building activities to deliver company’s growth agendas
· Conduct business review to gain competitive advantage
· Planning, monitoring and tracking of sales plan and KPIs
· Ensure channel pricing are complied with company guidelines
· Keep abreast of competition, products and markets within confectionery
· Develop long term vision and strategy for the channel.
Capabilities required:
· Good sales management track record with Key Account Management experience in handling HQ in FMCG.
· Independent, confident and results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
· Strong analytical and communication skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives and be a proven achiever, ideally from within the FMCG.
· Good command in English and Bahasa
· Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications & Experience:
· Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business from reputable University in Indonesia, minimum GPA is 2,75
· Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG industry (food category) in key account management
