Requirement :
- Male, age between 35 – 40 years old.
- Bachelor Degree from Law, Psychology or HR Management.
- 5 years experience in HR filed or 2 years in managerial position.
- Expert in HR function (Recruitment Process, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management System).
- Having experience and understand about Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill and also strong analytical thinking.
- Has achievement in implementation HR Strategy, honest, Objective, leadership skill, able to work under pressure, active, sociable and responsible.
- Familiar with software design and multimedia tools.
- Preferable can join immediately.
