The company is located in Jakarta and active as an operator of several coal mine concessions in Barito Utara – Kalimantan Tengah. PT Sinomast Mining works end to end from exploration, operating a mine up to marketing to its international trade network.

The well experience engineers are dedicated to maintain the process of giving good quality of low ash and low sulfur content. PT Sinomast Mining is a good partner in business; we are actively exploring the mine to support out long term and suistainable business, especially related in coal mining in Indonesia.

HRD Manager / HRD Supervisor (code: HM / HS)

Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with 3 years experience as HRD Manager, preferably in mining company.
  
• Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience as HRD Supervisor, preferably in mining company.
  
• Male
  
• Age 30 – 40 year.
  
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Strategic Management , Law with minimum GPA 2.75.
  
• Candidate must be a self motivator with positive attitude process
  
• Have experience in handling more than 200 employees.
  
• Must be willing to travel in plantation site (Kalimantan)

Job Description :

• Candidate must competent in all HR function (Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Appraissal and Compensation Benefit)
  
• Should have strong in labor law & regulation, leadership and communication skill.
  
• Able to monitoring administration and general affair .
  
• Honest and accustomed to do planning, control and supervision.
  
• Have strong competency in coaching and counseling.
  
• Have experience in developing Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
