PT. AEON Credit Service Indonesia is the subsidiary of AEON Credit Service Co., Ltd., a leading multinational finance company in Asian region, which provides financial services including but not limited to consumer finance, credit card, personal loan, insurance, and banking. The parent Company and its subsidiaries listed at respective stock exchange in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia.

In Indonesia, we have started our operation since 2006, and currently we are providing consumer finance for electronic, home appliance, furniture, music instrument, PC, and mobile phone. Currently we affiliated with more than 1500 merchants, including Electronic City, BEST Denki, Yamaha Music Dealers, Bhinneka.com and many others.

We are expanding the operations both for existing and new businesses, and we would like to welcome leaders and young professionals to join our team to expand the company in following position:

I.Credit Assesment Staff (0908-001) - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Credit Assessment Officer (Code: 0908-001)
* Requirements:
* Female/Male, Max. age 26 years old
* Possess at least a Diploma degree computerize accounting
* Willing to work in shift and weekend
* Able to joint immediately

* Job Description:
* Completing customer’s data which during data entry process
* Processing the data related to credit facility utilizing Excel or MySQL
* Checking the final data form any errors before reporting it

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Excel (advance), MySQL.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time and Contract position available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

II.Sales Promotion Girl/Boy (Code:0908-003)- (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Dealing with customerRata Penuh
* Explain how to fill application to customer
* Decorating the merchant

Requirements:

* Max. 26 years old
* Must possess at least a High School degree in any field
* Must have good communication skill, flexible, and willing to work hard
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Willing to work in weekend days or holiday
* Willing to be place in all merchants area and rotate
* 10 Full-Time positions available
* Able to join immediately

III.Senior Analyst Programmer (Code:0908-005) - (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Experience in JSP, JAVA, J2EE and using framework
* Having knowledge of weblogic application server and oracle DB
* Experience in analyzing and designing web based application (Having experience in consumer finance would be an advantage)
* Hardworker, having leadership skill
* Able to work underpressure and minimum supervision

IV.HR Senior Officer - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Maintain & controlling office administration related with HR
* (personnel, training, recruitment)
* Do compensation & benefit process for salary payment
* Build short term & long term HR strategy
* Maintain promotion and assesment employee
* Counseling process
* Plan and conduct new employee orientation
* Analyze training needs for employee development

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Proficient in English both written and spoken
* Familiar with Psychological tools
* Familiar with Indonesian Labour Law
* Able to work under minimum supervision
* Able to operate Microsoft office
* Having experience in build relationship with third parties (outsourcing agent, university/school recruitment)
* Creative, care and flexible
