Qualifications:
• Candidate must process from Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction/Mining.
• Minimum having 8 years professional experience; equivalent education and /or experience will certainly be considered.
• Experience in organizational development, contract management and engineering development. Preference would be given to the candidates who have experience in Mining Operation.
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Good leadership, management and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work in Kalimantan Timur
